I can't believe the lack of hot water in both rooms. How is this acceptable? The food was of poor quality and left much to be desired. I had to struggle to find anything decent to eat, which is completely unacceptable for a family resort.

Recommend it for families with children

The food was exceptional! There was a special children's menu which made it easy to find something for the kids, even my picky eater found plenty to munch on. My daughter loved the mini club, where she made lots of friends and attended fun activities like baking cookies.

It was not the cheapest stay but still acceptable for the quality provided.

We loved the spacious family villa that provided ample room for our kids to play comfortably. The pools were a major hit, especially the slides that kept the children entertained for hours. The garden view added a lovely touch, making our mornings feel serene and peaceful.

We really enjoyed the great pools and slides, and the kids couldn't get enough of the playgrounds! The spa was such a nice touch with the massage and beauty treatments we tried out. The only minor hiccup was the limited options at the snack bar, but it didn’t overshadow our fun! 😊

Had a fantastic time with friends! The Otium Family Eco Club's animation team kept us entertained with great shows and music at the Lake Lounge Disco Bar. We enjoyed delicious food from different cuisines and loved the beach soccer. The children's playground is perfect for families. we left feeling great and rejuvenated after a visit to the spa.

The only downside was that some rooms lacked balconies or outdoor spaces, which could have enhanced our stay even more.

We stayed in a large room with air conditioning, a great view, and a nice balcony. The hotel offered a private beach, kids' pools with water slides, and tons of fun activities for children. The food was varied and delicious. The spa facilities included amazing massages and beauty services. The entertainment team kept everyone engaged with awesome shows every night.

It was just a proper fit for a city escape in Side, great for the money. The staff at the pool bar were super friendly and made us feel welcomed, always checking if we needed anything. Bring your own snacks as the food can be a bit basic.
